Torque Measurement Systems
- Torque systems come in several different types and varieties ranging from Tong Line Pull & Joint Torque Systems to Hydraulic Rotary Torque Systems, Electronic Torque Systems, Torque Indicators and Torquemasters.
- Tong torque & joint torque systems help prevent over or under turning of piping, which causes failure to the tubes themselves. These systems are designed to be used for many years providing dependability and ease of use from one worker to the next.
- Hydraulic rotary torque systems help prevent problems like twist offs from overly pressured and damaged pipes, and over or under tightening. Each can be used for a wide variety of pipe weights and sizes.
- Electronic load cells and sensors can eliminate line freezing and height differences from the gauge head.
- Torque indicators allow the user to install screw anchors to a predetermined torque value giving indication of anchor holding capacity.
- Torquemasters can be set to give a definite and set torque value to each pipe joint thus eliminating under or over loading.
- Hand pumps and instrument fluid are available for charging up line hoses and sensors.
